Value ranges and comparable properties shown on this site are generated using automated tools and public/licensed data sources. They are estimates only, are not a substitute for a professional appraisal or a comparative market analysis from a licensed agent, and we make no guarantee as to their accuracy. Do not rely on this estimate alone for any financial or legal decision.
Requesting an estimate does not obligate you to list, sell, or work with any particular real estate agent or brokerage.
If you ask for a follow up from a local agent, by checking the box when you request your full report, by leaving your phone number, or by asking for a personal estimate when automated estimates are unavailable, your contact information and the property address you entered are shared with our partner real estate brokerage, who may contact you directly. If our partner brokerage isn’t able to take on your request, or doesn’t reach you within a reasonable time, we may refer you to another licensed Utah real estate agent instead, who may also contact you.
Whichever brokerage or agent receives the referral compensates us on a flat fee marketing basis. That fee is not contingent on whether you ultimately buy, sell, or close on a property, and no more than one brokerage or agent is working your request at a time.
