When you use the home value tool, we collect the property address you enter and, if you request a full report, your email address and phone number. If you select an option describing where you’re at in the selling process, we collect that too. We may also collect standard technical information (like your browser and approximate location) and analytics data about how you use the site.

When you ask for a follow up from a local agent, by checking the box when you request your report, by leaving your phone number, or by asking for a personal estimate when automated estimates are unavailable, we share your contact information, the property address you entered, and your answer about where you are in the selling process with our partner real estate brokerage so they can follow up with you directly. If you request a report without asking for a follow up, we don’t pass your contact information to any agent. If our partner isn’t able to take on your request, or doesn’t reach you within a reasonable time, we may share that same information with another licensed Utah real estate agent instead, who may contact you about your home.
The brokerage or agent who receives your information pays us a flat marketing fee for it. That fee doesn’t depend on whether you list or sell your home. We don’t share or sell your information to anyone beyond those real estate professionals and the service providers we use to run the site (such as email delivery, analytics, and property data providers). Those providers only receive what they need to perform their function.
This site may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use it, for example which pages are viewed and where visitors drop off in the estimate flow. This data is aggregated and not used to individually identify you beyond what you’ve directly submitted through the form.
You can ask us to delete your information, or to stop sharing it with any further agents, at any time by contacting us through the contact page below. If you’ve subscribed to email updates, you can unsubscribe using the link in any email. To stop texts from an agent, reply STOP to their message.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
